Overall, feels like a mediocre install. They are not responsive by phone. I'm 0 for 3 on getting a call returned. We got luxury vinyl installed over the summer...
* Floors have lots of soft spots. You can push the vinyl up and down. Hopefully just a cosmetic issue and won't affect life of flooring. They did tell us they would level the floor so this wouldn't happen
* floors make a scratchy sound in some spots. It seems that the vinyl is not well secured and doesn't feel solid. We would've been open to paying extra for underlayment or boards but were not given the option

Kinda funny that I have the same initials but no relation. We were referred to Larry from M&L by my brother who had M&L do all the floors in his new house not once but twice. The second time was after a water pipe broke and ruined all the floors and baseboards that Larry had just installed the year before.
So I can say from seeing it with my own eyes. M&L doesn't just do a beautiful flooring job, they do a consistently beautiful flooring job.

Larry and his son just completed refinishing our hardwood floors and repairing an edging on one of the stairs. The finished produce looks amazing. They were hard working, professional, took extra care in protecting our belongings and cleaned up the work site every night before they left. Larry made sure we were happy with everything. All work was done on time as promised and the cost was very reasonable. I appreciated that fact that Larry discussed a maintenance program with us so that in the future we will not have a large expense for complete refinishing but instead a smaller cost and shorter
