Received a phone call from this company. They are saying that I owe capital one so much money but they’re willing to settle for pennies on the dollar. I asked the agent when was this account open she said August 2013. I also asked please provide me a copy of the agreement that which I have sign my name to.The excuse they gave to me was they did not have that documentation. They were going to garnish my wages. Call capital one which by the way I have a capital one visa and MasterCard capital one does not have any record of me have an account with them in 2013. This company is a scam protect yourself

These people have ruined my credit score for years now I have certified copies from San Diego Superior Court which proves I’m not responsible for any debt they reported. I now have the right to bring them to court.

I just received a call from Candance about a debt that was paid off before any problems. She told me I'm about to have my wages deducted and it's my last attempt to pay. I explained I don't owe the company you are talking about. She claims it will be on my credit score. I told her I have all 3 if my credit reports and they are not on there. She went from 1,500 to 150.00 bucks to close my account. Im being scammed and it's been past my state time to come after me for a collection. I believe they are the collection people who brought my debt from another company I owe, but she keep saying a different

I wish I could give a 0. I have a timeshare account that was paid up to date. Talked with the timeshare company about having their(Meridian's) administrative fee removed from credit report. They referred me to the actual company. I disputed this charge with all the credit bureaus. I never dealt with this company for timeshare fees. When I called company, the representative was unprofessional and hung up. During this most trial-some time in modern day history, one would think that representatives would be better trained at dealing with customers. I don't know their products, but I'm so happy I don

This company is basically an extortionist. Everyone will have their excuses for ending up with a collection agency. I was late on payments no doubt my fault after having a credit card stolen and forgetting a recurring payment. That being stated they offered me a buyout from my timeshare and in 45 days they raised the buyout by19%. There were no services rendered by the provider but my buyout was going to be nearly 50% of the total due to keep the timeshare. They did agree to go back to the original amount but beware if working with them.
