After hearing about JJ's for years from others, I finally gave them a try. Wow! I'm hooked - and I had a good mechanic before. Charles was exceptionally transparent and responsive. He went out of his way to solve the issue in the most cost effective way possible, including rehabilitating an existing malfunctioning part rather than replacing it. He also went out of his way to fit me in when I showed up hours later than I had planned. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I will be using them again!

I started coming here because my mother brought her Mercedes ClS550 here. I knew for my mother to bring her Mercedes to this company .. they must be trustworthy, honest, genuine and give great work! I was not wrong - they are amazing and very well with communication! They actually care! I was looking for an auto place that was more convenient to my house and a co-worker suggested JJ's. I took my truck in and they gave me a good price on a new water pump. While they had it I also had them take care of several other issues. They did a great job and I have no complaints.
My mom lives nearby so I have her going there now. She recently took her car in and after most of a day they discovered the problem still existed. They pulled the new part and ate the cost of labor. She had to return the next day but they were able to resolve it. I feel like I can safely send her there on her

For the two years I've been in Jax, JJ'S has been my go to for my auto repair needs for my family. These guys know their stuff and I stand by their good business practice. I had an Acura TL that I took to get work done. The air conditioner fix lasted less than a few months. They kept my car for days And I had to call them for updates while I spent money on a rental car. I honestly think they didn't care. Overpriced and not the experts they claim to be. Went here because of the great reviews - still shopping for a good honest mechanic in Jax

This has to be one of the best auto repair shops I've done business with! The owner & shop manager are honest & fair in their estimates for repairs. They fix all makes/ models, old & new. Their delivery of service goes beyond what you'd normally get from a repair shop; they know your name when they see or talk to you over the phone. Some years back, they even took me to pick up lunch once while my car was being repaired! It's truly nice to know that this type of business still exists in today's society. I'm new to the area and had some issues with my car prior to moving down. I asked around the office for a couple months to see if anyone had a reliable mechanic but with no luck I just took my car to JJ's.
The tire pressure sensor on the passenger front was not working and there was a grinding rotation sound coming from the same tire. JJ's replaced the pressure sensor and balanced the tires. Everything seems to be fixed.
Some stars aligned and I ended up selling her car to my parents and buying a vehicle from my employer all with in a couple weeks of getting my car repaired. I

My check engine light came on and I got it diagnosed at an autozone and it said that it was the mass air flow sensor so I looked up a shop near me and they came up... and I have to say they are the kindest, most helpful people ever!
From the get go, Ralph and Charles were so considerate and actually told me to check to see if my car was under warranty just to make sure I wasn't wasting money. When my car turned out not to be under warranty, I called back and made an appointment to drop off my car.

JJ, Charles, Ralph, and the crew are all top notch. They are familiar with all makes and models of vehicles and will be honest about what does/doesn't need to be done. They will tell you BEFORE doing the work what the cost will be so there are no unpleasant surprises.They will also tell you if you need to go to a dealership due to the specific software or other expertise being needed for your vehicle. Once you get the estimate from the dealership, you can call them and they'll let you know what you should have the dealership do and what they can do once the dealership has done their part

Took my car to JJ's Auto Care on Beach Blvd recently after I received a very high price quote for some work for my car from the Dealer. JJ's did the same work for half the price! They honored their price and time quote effortlessly. Making an appointment is best. Their Advisors were friendly and transparent with their pricing. I've found my new mechanic! I stopped in at JJ's after seeing good reviews on Yelp and the other place I used to go to being farther away. First impressions was how clean and welcoming it was. Then I was greeted with a smile. These guys are so friendly. The waiting room has a nice setup including tv, snacks, drinks and photos of the mechanics and their families. Even the bathroom was nice! I felt the price to repair my vehicle was reasonable and completed in good time. I'm happy to have found this place. As a female it's tough to find a mechanic that won't take advantage
