1 Combine oats and milk in a large bowl. Cover and let soak in the refrigerator until much of the liquid is absorbed, at least 8 hours. 3 Stir applesauce, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, backing powder and salt into the soaked oats. Fold in the blueberries. Divide the mixture among the muffin cups.

Best place on Earth! I rarely review, but wanted to spread the word of this wonderful gym. My career is high stress. When I walk into Best Life everything goes away. My mind is focused on the set workout that the trainers guide me through. When you join, goals are made and your functionality is assessed. The trainers work closely with these details to customize a specific plan. Kindness is infectious here. Such a positive feeling with lots of smiles. I'm really looking forward to building life long healthy habits and seeing physical results and I know that having a comfortable place to achieve

I'm a senior citizen with bad knees and Ashleigh has worked out an exercise program that doesn't stress my knees. Being retired I used to sit on my sofa all day reading or playing on my computer. Now I workout 5 days a week and eat healthier meals. My blood sugar is lower and my strength has improved. It's great having a trainer come to my home and work with my special needs. Thank you so much Ashleigh you've changed my life for the better.
