I needed my upholstery cleaned in my dining room chairs and couches. The did amazing work! My upholstery looks brand new. The communication was great. They were running a little behind but made sure to call and let me know they were stuck in traffic which I really appreciate. Very courteous and excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

I needed the carpets and windows done fairly quickly, and Ray was my go-to guy with his experience and needed care. There were stains that I'd been concerned about getting out, but Ray took the time and the carpet looks as if no tomatoes, chocolate, and other strange stains ever were there. I highly recommend Flawless Cleaning Systems. My carpeting looks almost new. All pet stains gone, all shoe marks gone, all food stains gone!!! The carpeting was off white and at least 20 years old. It looks fantastic! Raymond is personable, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

I finally decided to have our carpets professionally cleaned after 20 years. I went to Yelp and read the reviews and then decided to call Raymond at Flawless Cleaning systems. Boy, did I make the right choice! My off white, 20 plus year carpets look almost new. One of the bedrooms was so bad, I really thought I would need to have the carpeting replaced. All the stains are completely, and I mean COMPLETELY gone! It's been a week now and the carpet still looks fabulous. Raymond even cleaned our couch, loveseat and recliner. I made a reservation with a DGcarpet cleaning company a week in advance. Found these guys from their ad in the Sunday paper. The day before our appointment, they called to cancel the reservation and stated that they do not serve our area. Since I already prepped the house by moving furniture, I researched other companies nearby and found Flawless. Raymond answered my call, was able to come over later in the day to provide an estimate. Estimate was good and he cleaned our carpets the following day. I'm so greatful he squeezed us into his schedule. Carpets look and smell great.
