After a deer decided to run into me, I took my Edge in for repair. All personnel that I interacted with were professional and helpful. The car looks brand new, they cleaned the floor mats, the inside looks like a new car. They estimated time for completion and delivered as promised. I am very impressed with this shop!!!

I almost never leave Google reviews, but I'm so impressed with their customer service, great work, professionalism, and attention to detail, I felt compelled to leave one. To top it off, even though I didn't take my car in for a cleaning, they gave it back to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in!

I was in an accident where the other driver tore the entire front of my vehicle off. Tietan Auto Body worked a miracle! Not only did they replace all the necessary parts, but Cindy communicated with me every step of the way and made sure my insurance company was kept up to date as well. She even went above and beyond to ensure I could return my rental in Walla Walla instead of driving it all the way back to Hermiston by calling the rental place for me! When I got the vehicle back on time, I was surprised to see they had vacuumed it out, and washed and, I believe, waxed it as well! My car was even

Tietan Auto Body did a very good quality job on our daughters 2006 Corolla. They were honest, professional and timely dealing with our daughter who was having the front end of her car repaired after she rear ended someone in Walla Walla. Our independent daughter arranged the work with Tietan and now that we can see her car we're very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.

My Subaru had been in an accident. The entire passenger side was crushed. Tietan Auto restored it, diagnosing every detail of damage, even damage I hadn't been able to see. When I picked the car up, it looked brand new - shining from a thorough detailing onside and out. I was thrilled. The entire staff was efficient, respectful and kind. Their work was completed in a very timely manner. This shop is an excellent resource in our community.

The staff are very friendly and do top notch work! My hood was sanded and painted and looks like new! When I picked up my van I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been washed and vacuumed! The turn around time was quick too!

Very Very satisfied with the work they did on my car. I slid on some ice, and messed up my tire. I was referred to them (through my insurance company). And I will admit: I was a little hesitant, as they don't have many reviews and the few they have aren't positive. But Heather was extremely nice and reassuring and I am very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them in a heat beat.

I'm sure there are people out there that have had a good experience working with Tietan Auto Body. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Promises were not kept and when I was confused about the process of getting my car fixed the staff became insulting. Again I'm sure most people probably have a good experience at Tietan but be aware that if things don't go well they might become unprofessional. Makes one wonder why their employees keep quitting. Be careful!
