Services
We have been helping the local communities of Cheyenne, Pine Bluffs and Burns for almost a decade. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination.
The office is located next to Optimum, across the street from Element Church and 2 Bar Bowl between Yellowstone and Powderhouse. Other popular buildings near by are the Roller Rink and Frontier Gymnastics. There is a good chance I was a lot like you when I was younger and didn't know a lot about chiropractic. I first heard about Chiropractic from my mother and really had no idea what a chiropractor did. I was a busy, active guy, involved in lots of sports, Boy Scouts, and extracurricular activities, and I suffered the usual bruises and cuts that go along with that lifestyle.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
Gina, our office manager, has a real talent for making people feel welcome, and that in turn will help you get the most out of your chiropractic care. She will greet you when you come to the office and then will ask you for some basic information. Following the video, you will meet Dr. Jared Morrow who will do a consultation, exam, and possibly x-rays to find out the cause of your problem.

Dr. Morrow does awesome work and is very personable and professional. He takes good care of his patients, listens, and actively practices attention to detail while doing work. profession. I've had to go to a chiropractor for years. Being in sports and involved in several other activities has been hard on my body. Jared and his staff have always been nothing but genuine, respectful, and caring. Being hit by a truck has been a long journey to come back from, but Jared is the only one I trust to adjust me. I love that he knows everyone personally and adjusts us to our needs of how we are currently doing. The second you walk in the door, Gina is smiling to greet you and asking how you are. Dr Morrow is amazing and I really appreciate that he is about healing the body and try’s to correct my issues to try and keep me from having to have surgery! He is very gentle but don’t let that fool you because he is still just as capable of adjusting and correcting my issues without extreme force! His front staff is absolutely amazing too, so if you are looking for an amazing chiropractor Dr Morrow is it!

I have held off posting in here for so long. However seeing all the great things makes me feel like those with bad experiences are not being heard. My husband had his neck adjusted here, 4 times in 4 days for a migraine. The last time he ended up on the floor puking with double vision. He laid there for 45 mins puking with no one bothering to call an ambulance or possibly check to see what could be happening with him. When I arrived he was as white as the walls and constantly vomiting. I immediately got him in my car and got him to the ER where he had a blood clot move and he had a stroke from

Laramie County Chiropractic is the 2nd chiropractor that I have used since I had a disc herniation removed some years ago.
Since my visits started here I have seen some drastic improvements in my daily back pain. I can honestly say that I feel at least 80% improvement as far as mobility and functionality.
I am able to work, exercise and enjoy my free time relatively pain free because of the quality care I have received from Dr Morrow and his staff.
