Super slow commercial loan process. The first time around took a month and a half for a pre-approval. By that time, someone else had purchased the property we wanted.
8 months later, we found another property and had to go through the entire process again. It took 2 weeks just for a pre-approval.
Things finally improved greatly once Bob stepped aside and Dillion was assigned as our loan officer. He's very quick to answer any questions and kept us informed on what needed to be done next. Super friendly, smart and attentive fella.
We finally did close on a property and can move forward with our

Iv had my accounts here since I was 17 years old and Iv always been an easy customer to deal with. But today I checked my savings account and as it turns out they took $135 from my personal savings account to pay for a family members overdraft fee in her separate account. They did not call me or verify that were taking this money they just took it without a heads up. Later they stated that it was because that particular family member was on my account as a joint owner to which I thought had already been corrected months ago back when we both asked that they remove her from my account so as to prevent
