The Mission of LaBorde Therapy Center is to assist patients in their overall health and wellbeing through Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Christian Spiritual counseling. In addition to LaBorde Therapy Center's traditional Industrial Rehabilitation of Work Related injuries or conditions, we also offer the following services serving a variety of industries including Oilfield, Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, and Healthcare.
Post Offer Functional Testing - A physical therapy post-offer test involves taking the applicant's history, looking at his/her posture, and observing test movements to evaluate flexibility and strength.

Make sure your upper and lower back are supported. Use inflatable cushions or small pillows if necessary. If you have an active back mechanism on your chair, use it to make frequent position changes. If available - adjust the armrests so that your forearms are slightly supported, your shoulders are relaxed.
As a courtesy to our patients, LaBorde Therapy Center will verify your insurance and after payment of your deductible and co-pay is met, we will bill your insurance for the remainder. We have contracts and discount arrangements with most insurance companies. Our Entire Office Staff is at your service!

I would like to thank Chase Weber and all of his staff in Morgan City for helping me with my hand therapy. Though a little painful at times, they really helped me to get more control and dexterity after my surgeries. I will be forever grateful to all of them and I will miss them.

My experience was wonderful. I really got to know Chase and the rest of the team on a personal basis. They made my therapy sessions very comfortable. Even though my sessions was canceled by my doctor due to having movement in my wrist. Thanks to my guys Chase and the rest of the crew. Love you all for my sessions.

I’ve tried several PT’s and chiropractors but my pain and range of motion didn’t change until I met with Philip. He took a lot of time with me actually listening and asking lots of questions with a hands on approach to figure out, not just assume, what was wrong with me!! I’m almost pain free and he’s teaching me how to move differently and strengthen my body so the likelihood of this happening again is low. I highly recommend Philip and LaBorde PT if you’ve tried other places with no relief!!
