New commercial grade equipment can be procured through us and used equipment is occasionally available. We have some rental equipment as well. I was in a big hurry to have a ram (replaced or rebuilt) , I had been on the internet for several hours . I needed this specific size . Finally came across this Company. I explained the urgency for this ram & spoke with the owner. He told me to bring the ram in , not even 3 hrs later , he had fixed this ram. This company has GREAT customer service. Consumer beware! Deplorable experience with this business. My second time to try and use their services and both times very dissappointed. This last time I dropped off a small barber chair hydraulic pump, the same one they charged me to repair 5 months earlier, only to never hear from them. I finally called 6 months later and left a message for them to return my call. Never heard back so I drove to the business and asked for my pump. The tech couldn't find it and when he did it was obvious he had never touched it! Hard to believe this business exists but it's b/c there is no other shop that repairs
