Didn't know what to expect since not many boat shops see Bass boats, guy I talked to I asked questions about upgrading items and he said no problem, no boat had only 1 Talon asked about the 1k a piece batteries I want, he said I need a different charger so no to that, so that demonstrates honest people, I was here just to have my Ranger Z 520 winterized, will be back for upgrades, money does buy happiness, having just 1 Talon for sure got it made 2 of them will be perfect, no fisherman is without atleast 1, and.all too of the line Bass Boats have 2, spring I will finally have 2

We drove all the way from Fargo to Jackson, Wisconsin (16 hours round trip) to make the purchase! Mike Wojdacz and his colleagues Glen Gierach and Liam from Parts, did a great job from sales, through service and delivery. Mike was warm, friendly, and professional. He paid careful attention to our wants and needs, not trying to direct us in a certain way. Stopped in to look at boats. Was shown a new one that was in my specs, and then was told if you'd consider used we just took a trade. Used boat was pretty much spotless and set up how I wanted. Painless no pressuree process that saved me $$$. Great people to deal with. Test drove on the way home and it performed flawless.

Very pleased...from the moment we walked in the door we felt "we've come to the right place!" We experienced great customer service working with Mike & Glen...thanks you two!!! We walked in to just look/price out boats & ended up spotting "thee boat!" We got lucky...& ended up scheduling a test drive for two days later! I brought my boat in for service and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Performed work faster than quoted, gave helpful recommendations on winterizing (which i opted to do myself because I'm cheap) and a pleasure to work with. When I am in a position to buy a new boat I will definitely go to them.

The place I usually take my boat wasn't able to look at it for at least 3 weeks so I went to Kettle Maine to see if they would look at it. What a great experience! They are friendly & took care of the problem right away.
I sure hope they are a permanent fixture in Jackson because as long as they are here, they have my business. A welcome addition to the Jackson area, give them a try.
