I haven’t even got tints yet and I’m leaving a bad review. Sometimes people pay for more than just quality work. Sometimes it’s about customer service. I’m not sure what it is but I’ve gone to this business twice and called on the phone twice and not even for a quote, just to get on schedule to get it done. Next day comes and guess what, bad timing call again.I’m a cash paying customer and each and every time I tried to get on schedule I was told call tomorrow I’m too busy to schedule. And I get it. When your busy, your busy. But how they do that is very unprofessional. Obviously

Really happy with the job they did on my wife’s car. I brought my wife’s car in to get the fronts color matched to the rear on her car. Wasn’t sure the percentage but the owner gave me some recommendations and said I didn’t have to let him know right away I could tell him the day of the appointment. I made the appointment and the day of which I thought was the appointment turned out to be the wrong day. He was still amenable and would have done the job but being there were several people ahead I decided to come back. I came back the next day and they did an excellent job. I really appreciate

Called in advance to schedule an appointment to get my front windows tinted. Pulled in about 10 minutes early, and my car was ready about 2 hours later. Tints look great, and I loved that they put bright orange tape over the window buttons letting me know not to lower the window for 3-5 days as the film dried.

I had them put dark ceramic film on my car windows to cut down on the heat in the summer. The car looks absolutely fantastic and they did a great job. These guys are pros at what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend and will go back again for tints on any future vehicles.

I called to get prices and make an appointment. Alex tells me Monday at 4pm. They're open until 4:30 so I figure I'm the last appointment of the day. I get there Monday at 4pm and they're closed. I call and leave a message to find out what's going on. I get a call back the following day and Alex denies ever making the appointment. He says that I must have made it with some place else. NO!!! I told him I made the appointment with Alex and he says "that's me." No accountability for his actions. Not professional and totally unacceptable. He made me waste

I went to Tropical Tints with a mess on my hands. I purchased a vehicle that had the front tint removed by the owner, exposing the glue which was a nightmare. I tried many DIY options to remove the glue myself, but nothing was a solution. I turned to Tropical Tints who returned my car same day and had my windows back to showroom quality. I was highly impressed with the overall experience and will be a returning customer, and will absolutely be recommending Tropical Tints to others!

Tropic window tinting is the place to go, hands down. Not only do I know by personal experience, but my experience is backed by and covers 15 years. Allow me to explain. I am currently in the market to get my windows tinted and yes, it has been quite some time since i've had to seek out the need. Tropic has been the name that sticks to my mind since I was in high school and Tropic has always been a name to go to. I think in my day, it was one of two places among the masses that claim to tint windows that you were right to go to, but Tropic definitely had a larger fan base. Sure, people

Made an appointment to tint my Rav4 about a month in advance. This place is super busy, they tint for regular clients, police, and even the FBI. I just had my two front windows done and I could not be any happier. I love the outcome! I worked with Frank and he was professional, understanding and explained to me the different types of tint films. If you are looking for professional service I highly recommend Tropic Window tinting.

I reviewed this place almost two years ago, and as I am in the process of getting a new vehicle this month, I am reminded of the job the guys did here almost 3 years ago. Just amazing work and the class of cars they work on should be an indication of the quality. My tints held up great once again and I definitely will be returning soon once I finalize the deal on my new vehicle. If you are in the market for tints, do yourself a favor and go here. It's worth every penny.

If you're looking for a place to get your windows tinted on your car, this place is pretty awesome. I did read a lot of the reviews before I chose a place. And having worked them now I think they are surely a 5 star place. I did submit an estimate request online and didn't hear a thing back. I called and spoke to them on the phone and they were very "business like". I think they're just so busy they need to be quick and efficient. When I was there they were all super polite and took the time to explain window tint to me and helped me choose. I couldn't be happier.

I am the type of person that will pay more to get things done "the right way". The team at Tropic Tint are competitively priced and did a phenomenal job. Their shop/setup is a "gearheads dream" and Frank & Alex were awesome throughout the process.
They will be tinting every car I own moving forward - without question, simple as that.
Update two years later - So happy to have these guys knock it out of the park again on another of my cars.

First of all, fantastic customer service. I didn't need to chase anyone down - I was able to contact the business through Yelp and the owner responded within an hour or two. Was extremely friendly and helpful since I had some questions in regard to tint laws across the country. He was very knowledgeable about the laws and was able to answer all my questions.
I scheduled an appointment and it was a fairly quick process. There's a Dunkin Donuts next door so I just went to grab some coffee/breakfast and came back, hung out in the waiting

Just got my new car last week and I have been researching for a while for a tinting place that did quality work, with quality tints at a reasonable price. Everyone was recommending this place, so I booked my appointment ahead of time.
The service was great, Alex and Frank were really friendly. Took about an hour to finish the tints and I was very happy with the outcome. The location is great too if you wanted to go down the street to dunkin donuts or Pizza Hut to pick up some food or walk around. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.
