As a stop in store they r great. As far as trusting them to do what they say, not at all. 3 calls in last 3 weeks I am well aware of their covid problems. U can't keep promises with no people. Telling the lady I do understand this morning at 8 am, an her telling me my flexibility Was much appreciated I hung up with a promise of a return call shortly from someone who could talk about reschulding since she couldn't find anyone at 8 am. 5 pm now an no call. This is second time calling to service got me no return call...we won't be calling back. Shame since those I did talk to seem really nice and

Visited these folks a bit back to purchase a generator to carry on our 5k upcoming trip. Found the service folks to be great an I like the way they do service. They r honest up front with service repair issues...after vac I stopped bak by an set apt for some repairs. Apt was 6 weeks out but I hav a date an parts r already ordered. I'm expecting in shop time to be at a miming.

Great RV-buying experience. This was our third time buying an RV, and it was easily the best. We were 8 hours away; found the RV we wanted in their inventory online. Scott, our salesman, was easy-going, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. Price was so reasonable, no need to haggle. They had no problem with (and were very accommodating and helpful with) us sending an NRVIA Inspector do an inspection on the trailer since we weren't going to see it before buying it. They went right to work fixing the few minor things the inspector and their tech found when going over the trailer thoroughly. Pickup

I began using the service center at T & S after having bad experiences at other service departments. The service center work has been great and timely. My experience with the service center left such an impression, I recommended this dealer to my dad for his new fifth wheel purchase. I drove 1200 miles 18 hours And Scott and Tim Made it 100% worth it. just by there Consistent communication Common courtesy and very informative and friendly staff I felt very comfortable and confident buying a fifth wheel through them and I loved how each one of their staff had a certain part in the transaction which made everything work very smoothly
I dealt with 7 different employees from the dealership who where all were very respective and friendly and made sure they did there part of the transaction 100% witch made it go very smooth
I never felt like one person was overwhelmed or rushed
