This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. If you are looking for a good fabricator then look elsewhere and save yourself the headache! They are not honest, they will postpone your job and they won't deliver as promised. They charge outrageous prices, treat customers like trash, and then blame the customer for their bad behavior. They are the only contractor on my job that caused problems and postponed the job for several weeks! I finally called it quits and called another fabricator. I found an amazing fabricator the net day and wish I had never hired Custom Stone Works.

We had Custom Stone Works fabricate and install countertops throughout our house - kitchen, several bathrooms, shower walls, and exterior BBQ. We had really expensive quartzite material that several other fabricators told us they couldn't do a complicated edge on and porcelain shower walls which, apparently, there are only a few in the valley that know how to work with them. We met the whole team - Petros, Greg, and Matt - and they all made us feel welcome in their showroom and Greg was able to help us in the field when we walked our job. We felt confident with Custom from the start and it paid

Great experience with Custom Stone Works - thanks Greg! We decided to use porcelain in our home despite hearing horror stories about bad fabricators pretending like they know the stuff. We did our due diligence and visited shops as well as vendors for truly capable fabricators. We landed on Custom Stone Works after visiting and grilling Greg and boy are we glad we did. Everything looks amazing... perfect cuts, seams, amazing miters, great installers. We felt like we couldn't have been more well taken care of. Greg followed up with us after the job and came and inspected everything. These guys care

You get what you pay for! These guys aren't cheap, but the price is a phenomenal value for what you get. We've used "budget" granite companies in the past. Custom Stone Works is not that. They are CUSTOM - the Mercedes of stone fabricators and installers. High quality everything from sales to fabrication to installation. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them to anybody. Ask for Greg - he's a great dude!

CSW fabricated and installed all kitchen countertops and thresholds in granite at my condominium in Tempe.
They accomplished what I thought was an impossible thing by fabricating the 10'6" island counter out of the single slab I had picked out...I am still amazed when I see it because I figured there had to be an intermediate joint...great job from everyone from beginning to end...they may be a bit more money but you will definitely get value and talent from them..well worth it.

We had Custom Stone Works install our black granite countertop. The installers were all hard working guys and we are very happy with our new kitchen. The only issue we had was a week after the job was finished we noticed some writing on the stone and under the finish. So we called them up and they retuned and removed the writing and resealed the countertop. Good as new. Thank you very much!
