Royal Auction Group
Royal Auction Group started off as Land Realty, Inc. in 1970, founded by Frank E. Land, a Fort Myers native. Frank turned his real estate business into an auction business opening up new opportunities to service Southwest Florida. Over time the company transitioned tp Land Auction Service and what is today, Royal Auction Group.

In 2014 the company shifted ownership to Brandon Roy, Frank's Grandson after his passing. Since 2014 we have shifted our focus and grown the company from 2 employees, to 30 employees in multiple locations throughout Florida in 2020. We continue to still operate as a family owned business. Brandon has always had a passion for auctions and heavy equipment since a young age with his grandfather's guidance.
Services
Fill out & Sign our one page consignor agreement & consignor addendum in the front office. We take 10% of the highest bid, and send you a check for the rest 21 days after the auction. After you fill out your paperwork in the front office, you will bring your asset to the theatre ramp for the yard staff to check-in your vehicle.
If you consign with us, your items will be advertised on Proxibid, EquipmentFacts, (Worldwide Auction Platforms) Social Media, and Email Marketing to over 15,000 contacts. Consigning with Royal is easy! All items that require a title must be turned into the office at drop-off, along with a signed consignment agreement.
Proxibid is the most trusted online Marketplace. Their platform requires more information than other e-commerce sites you may frequently visit. This information is used to validate your identity and keep you safe when buying in their Marketplace. All your personal information is protected and credit card data is encrypted and never shared.
Here is a list of Auction Terms we use in the business to help first-time buyers understand the process! These terms are directly pulled from the National Auctioneers Association. This is a way that you can bid even if you cannot attend the auction in person. Check with the auction of interest to see if this is available and how they make the bids for you.

We have been buying and selling equipment and trucks from Royal Palm Auction for over 10 years. Brandon Roy and his team are the most honorable and service oriented company I’ve come across in many years. Most transactions go through without hiccup but when something does occur they are upfront, honest and make it right every time. Royal Palm Auction is our go to for all our auction needs.

Brought a 2008 Ford F-150 that was Non Operational into be Consigned in late September. I was told that the cut off for dropping off consignment had been missed. I explained my situation & she told me to come back on the 21st of October. I explained that I had multiple Non operational vehicles I wanted to consign & was told that would be no problem. Came in on the 22nd of October and was told they “Don’t Accept Non Operational Vehicles unless from a Municipality.” Great way to waste a total of 3 Hours Driving to try to drop off the same vehicle twice only to be told to Screw off. Won’t

Shill Bidding!! Be careful. We bought 3 cars from them on Proxybod, entered the maximum amount of we what to pay, and all 3 cars sold to us for the maximum amount we entered. This means that they have someone who bids for them just to increase the price, and seems like Proxybid reveal them our maximum amount.
We are going to sue this company.

Unfortunately, This place is unable to keep long term customer. They will only due bare minimum. Never again will I consign, let alone spend money. They treated me wrong in the worst way and hope my review will deter others from doing any business with them, Garbage

Purchased this BMW 525i from Royal Auction Group, called twice before the auction with ? About the car, we live in North Carolina and would be bidding online. The staff were really no help, just stated everything we know is listed on site. My ? Were where did the car come from ? Such as a fleet car for a business or personal repo! I was told it was a fleet car. I asked if it was driven to there lot and they stated Yes!
I bid on the car and got it, so I sent payment. I requested a temp plate so filled out the paperwork as well as the title. I called to ask how long the process is to get a temp

Family run auction, very upfront with what they know of the unit and their fees! nothing seems to be hidden with this company, inspection can be made for a full week before the auction AND they allow mechanics to come in as well to do inspections for you. They still have live bidding when most auctions have went to online only. Will definitely return to Royal.

Very friendly and helpful. Had a bit of a hard time finding the keys I wanted, but they dug and found them. Super easy, polite and helpful. This will be my first time at this kind of auction.

BUYERS BEWARE! We buy numerous trucks a day from auctions all around the United States and we have never had an experience like this. We bid on a truck that was described as "RUNS AND DRIVES" from Royal Auction Group for $40,000+; we unfortunately won. Upon the arrival of our driver (who drove over 1000 miles) to pick the truck up, someone in their yard said that he couldn't get the truck to start no matter how he tried and that someone had jumped the starter to get it to run. Someone in Royal Auction Group changed the starter motor according to Cody McCloggage, apparently trying to get the truck
