Absolutely awful. Called YESTERDAY to schedule a cab to the airport for this morning, dispatcher took all my info, but they never even bothered to show up today. I had to drive and now pay for long term parking, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. If I was able to give zero stars I absolutely would.
Do yourselves a favor, use Uber instead. At least they show up!!!

Left me stranded at Newark last night. Their main phone line was dead, secondary voice box was full so they packed up and cowardly stayed home. Had all my info, I made the reservation online. No calls to my cell so no obvious back up plan in bad weather. If you couldn't make it at least call me and let me know so I can find another option which I did for a lot cheaper. If they come and you aren't there they double charge you but if they don't show then what? Family biz my a. Thanks for nothin!
