I ordered a couple sets of scrubs to try them out based on a recommendation I'd seen online. The website stated that the scrubs were returnable for 90 days. They seemed very well made, but were not what I was looking for. I tried emailing and messaging the company for a refund and got no response. I tried calling several times to no answer.
When I did get through the person who answered at first said she would not honor the return policy stated on the website then kept going on and on about how great the scrubs were despite me telling her my reason for wanting a return. Eventually I just hung

I've ordered 2-3 other times from them with only minor issues (pants not hemmed which was part of my custom order). I ordered again in June 2020 another custom set of 4 pairs of scrubs. I received confirmation of payment and then nothing. I figured it'd take longer during the pandemic so sent an email. No response. Tried calling and the phone rings and then nothing. I'll try to get my money back ($250) but since it was in June my bank may not be willing to do the claim despite the scrubs website having a 6-8 week timeframe for normal delivery.

Yes, it is the metal building behind the house.
So I'm a tall/big guy and I was tired of all these designer brand scrubs failing after 6 months, not being long enough in my back, and fitting poorly. The quality of these scrubs are rugged and heavy duty like I need.
The shop had all the colored most scrubs come in, all the sizes and plenty in stock. The scrubs seem to all be the same make but very in style by how many pockets you desire.
The lady at the counter was very friendly, very helpful and just overall a sweet person to do business with.

I refuse to purchase scrubs from any other store. These are grade A++ scrubs. They even hem and embroidery on the spot!
Yes, they cost a little more than your typical brands but they last forever! It costs you more in the long run to replace the cheap scrubs just a few months later. I choose quality over quantity any day of the week!

Huge variety of styles and colors for scrub tops and bottoms. Multitudes of customizing options--- extra pockets, lettering, sizing etc available. Great bargains can be found and they advertise aggressively to repeat customers for web specials.
The only real drawback---deliberate word choice-- is the draw strings, or belts, more properly. For the same size pants, there seems to be NO continuity from one pair, to the next. Some of 'em , you'll have 2 feet of extra belt hanging out, on others, they'll barely make the trip circumnavigating your middle age spread! Very disconcerting
