Kim Sherrard is the BEST I explained to Kim our situation about the trouble we were having.Kim step up told my husband and I she would have us in a rental home in 3-4 weeks and she did just that. Kim made everything so smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Kim because her personality is amazing, she is very professional, attentive , knowledgeable.

First time home buyer.. so as you could imagine I *was very ignorant to the ends and outs of the whole process. I was dreading going through it all, but I had a very pleasant surprise. A guy named John Newton really took the time to educate me and the wife and was very patient with us. we planned on shopping around more, but after our meeting with John (which was the 2nd stop) we realized this was the route to go and what best suited us. I think whether you are a first time home buyer or and experienced buyer John and Ige are the best possible agents you could have. Ige walks her clients meticulously though every step of the process. John is also great in broadening your knowledge in terms of quality of houses and construction and knowing every angle that builders can take while building you new construction home. Just a true professional group in every aspect of real estate. Can't say enought!
