The instructor David and Cody really care about their students. They will go above and beyond to make sure you pass your tests for your CDL license. I've been here about 7 months at Ontrack Transportation the company is ok the only thing is the trailer rent is way too high as I looked around at other companies they don't charge nowhere near to what they charge here. I have a 2011 trailer which I am paying 350.00 a week compared to other companies that have 2017 -2019 that are charging 175.00-250.00 a week 🤔 ,plus cargo insurance is high, when u have other companies that are charging 165.00 here it's way higher, my total deduction here every week add up to 800.00 a week when my best friend works for MB Global his total deduction with him

Had very bad experience of working with Carolina Logistic as a costumer. Very poor communication. I had 2 vehicles that were supposed to be picked up on Friday and delivered Saturday, I waited all Saturday morning for delivery time but instead I couldn't get a hold to ether Dan - dispatch who was working with me nor driver, both phones were off so I had to call there main line, they connected me with another dispatch named Derek who apologized and told me that the driver couldn't find my vehicles at the Manheim auto auction so he haven't picked them up. On my question why the driver didn't ask

Carolina logistic is a great company. I am a owner operator with them for 2 years but have been driving for 20 years, its the best I have ever worked with. For starters the recruiter don't lie, trick you nor will they pressure you to come here if you are not sure. Dispatchers have always been very helpful and honest. You can also set up your own loads and running area if you choose to be a owner operator here. I have almost always achieved better than average rate per mile here. I will recommend them to anyone.

We joined Carolina a month ago. Our truck broke down a few times, and Carolina was helpful. The independent relationship with our dispatcher Moe is 5 STARS by itself, he has been the best representation of Carolina and working with him is fun.
I appreciate the weekly calls from human resources just checking in, and always love when she ends with "God Bless." It's the little things that matter, I honestly look forward to her call.
Rates are based on the market, so it's not fair to blame a trucking company when freight is down, but what I can say is our dispatcher negotiates WELL on our behalf
