She was very knowledgeable about her product of course. But I had already investigated a little bit about jewelry I was looking for a engagement ring. I asked her a lot of questions that I already knew the answer to and she was very truthful. I had lost a stone out of my ring. I went in to see if they could repair it as I had a replacement stone or two already. They were all very nice. The jeweler actually came out while I was trying to decide on the stone to use. She took the ring and stones in the back. When she returned a few minutes later, she said only one of the stones I had would fit. It was the same color as the stone I lost. She had set it and fixed the prongs. Nothing else needed to be done. I have my ring back. I went in not sure anything could be done and left wearing my ring. I will definitely be going back. They had beautiful

I was hesitant about taking in a ring for repair that was twenty years old and was missing the birth stone and diamonds! I was a first time customer; but the service I received was exceptional the astrosphere pleasantly laid back but friendly.The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything to my satisfaction. Needless to say when I returned to pick up my ring I was taken aback it was Beautiful.Iam very satisfied with the whole experience. And yes I will be a repeat customer. Thank You Writs Jewelry.

I was shopping around looking for something for my wife's 10th Anniversary gift and stumbled upon Wirt's, so happy I did. Like so many others I found the workers to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, but they actually encouraged me to buy a less expensive item because it was closer to my description of what my wife likes. Last visit we were in for cleaning and inspection. Lance helped us, he was very knowledgeable and gave us more information than we expected regarding the care for our jewelry. It felt great knowing my jeweler cared and knew how much my inherited jewelry meant to me and wanted to ensure I knew how to take care of it.

I'm not sure what Yelp's deal is because if you go to the section at the bottom that says click to see reviews that are not recommended, you'll see a TON of positive reviews for this place because it's AMAZING.

This jewelry shop is wonderful! It is the only one I have used for at least twenty five years. This family-owned business is the perfect place to shop for family, friends and loved ones. Everyone is helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. They have a repair business as well as a retail shop. I love the Kameleon and Pandora items the most! They have a reward program for those purchases! If you live in the metro LR area, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Wirt's. You won't be disappointed!
