I love coming to this place!!! The staff is always friendly and the treatments offered are progressive. My overall health has improved dramatically for the best possible outcome with Spravato which is offered here. Tham is amazing and up-to-date with latest and most innovative treatments.

This place is the best!!! I see Kimberly Loomis, NP and she is just wonderful. My first appointment her and Dr. Tham spent a lot of time with me, I was shocked. I come here for psychiatric care and I've always been treated well. that can be rare with mental health care providers. everyone that works here genuinely cares. appointments are easily available and they spend time with you, they don't rush and they aren't in a hurry. the office staff are also great, and they'll work with you. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this office.

Anytime I have to call them, they’re too quick to transfer me to someone else, and there’s an annoyance in the voice of anyone I talk to like how dare they have to answer the phone. I’ve only been here once and am considering looking elsewhere.

Let me start with if I could rate a -10 I would. This practice is basically a legal drug dealer. Whether you see Tham, or any other NP you will be prescribed something, anything. If you know what you want, they will write the prescription. Secondly, they double bill your insurance. If you are psych patient and you have a sniffle and you go in for your regular appointment, they notice the sniffle, they will write you a prescription. Then watch your insurance, there will be two charges. One for a psych visit and one for a medical visit. This practice has been reported to my insurance company, gave

I was a previous patient at this office and I would not recommend this practice to anybody. The owner (Tham) does not treat her staff or her patients with any dignity. I often wondered if she herself had any dignity. Tham would purposely make her patients wait 30-40+ minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment.
Don’t even get me started on the front desk woman with glasses. She is lazy and she is absolutely rude to me each time I would enter the office. I spoke with the office manager (Carolyn) numerous times and she was the only person I enjoyed seeing.

Very willing to see me. Billing is terrible. Initially came in for psych services and did alright. Decided to try pcp as well. Between one session and the next I had a huge jump in weight. Instead of trying to investigate why the pcp told me to binge on carrots rather than fruits after I disclosed an ED. When I mentioned it to the psych, she tried to make light of it at the end of our session. As my physical health continued to deteriorate they finally acknowledged they weren't able to help me and did not provide any referrals. I also had to wait over an hour for a session once. They were overloaded

Not a doctor that listens.
I wanted to be lowered off the medication as I was having severe side effects.
I had to lower medication on my own. Which was hard but done.
Im healthier now than I was under this doctors care.

All of the staff are understanding, patient and friendly. Tham and Bailey have been a guiding light for me in the darkness that had become my life. While I have a long journey of healing ahead of me... for… the first time in a long time, I believe that I CAN GET THERE.

This practice is simply business, not a service to its community. Any business that is Primary Care/ Psychiatric Medicine is sketchy to me to begin with, but I needed help and they were new and local. In two sessions, I was charged nearly $600.00 with insurance covering. They do not have a physician at this office that specializes in Psychiatric Medicine. I will say their Psych NP is a very warm person who seems to truly care for her patients. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Unfortunately, she is either overloaded with patients as most practices are in these times, but her case management

Update!!!! I tried to speak with the owner she was dismissive and refused to listen so I will be finding a lawyer. This office is totally and completely unprofessional!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was a patient here under the care of dr tham and kimberly loomis, and the first thing dr loomis said to me on my second visit when my meds were not working was really I just fixed u and now ur broken again. Just making an appointment is painstaking and the staff seem incompetent. I had to call 3 separate times just to try and get a phone intake figured out. At first they needed my insurance card on hand. I didn't have it right away and called back once I did. I was then told I should have emailed it in instead, even though I called no less than 5 minutes later and no one stated that initially. Then they couldn't figure out which ID numbers they needed from the card, and I ended up having to email it anyways. The lady on the phone couldn't even spell the email correctly to me. Tham Doan has been a lifesaver for our family. She has a heart of gold and is so invested in serving our community. She has assembled a wonderful staff as well. We love MPPCC!
