I would like to first start off by saying Thank you to Hollie for being there for Le'mark and I thru such a difficult time . I currently had the misfortune of having to bury my child. Neither I nor my partner were ready to even begin to tell our family the devastating news let alone knew the first thing to begin planning a funeral. Holly and the staff at FMS mortuary not only made it easy but kept us updated daily, were patient, more than understanding of us being a total wreck at times and made the event go smoothly and peacefully. Family Memorial did an absolute wonderful job helping us during an extremely difficult time. We had a large gathering of folks from around the country and a very short time over a weekend to say our goodbyes. Family Memorial met every single one of our needs and made it possible for everyone who was in town to say goodbye. The viewing was very well done. We recently used Family Mortuary for my a family members service. From my initial phone call while still in shock and disbelief to the day of services Doreen was a sense of calm and comfort. We had a few questions and requests and when things were not able to be done because of certain circumstances she was very thorough in letting us know the reasoning which I appreciated so much. Even after services I was told that they would always be there and to reach out which made this whole thing feel so much comforting and not just business. It felt like the name “ family “. Went to a cousins service Saturday . It was done very well and the worker holly helped us tremendously. She had the up most patience and helped us figure out a video . It was a very beautiful service and they were all welcoming and made us feel right at home . Thank you for your amazing job . Highly recommend them not only for their staff but for the way they handled everything!

Great place , caring staff , extremely fair pricing can't beat them . This place works with you of you don't have the money all at once they are terrific people .

First and foremost I really want to say I had reservations on if I should even do a review for Family Memorial Services Mortuary, reason being I really don't do reviews and this sort of thing... I'm very reserved. However, looking back on the time when I couldn't find a Mortuary that would accept mom, she past away (February 2021) the mortuary that was prearranged years ago wasn't able to accept her due to them being backlogged with clients, placed me in a situation where I had to find a facility that was accepting new clients. We are indebted to Doreen for fabulous and care and services she provided for my mother Maria Rodriguez! We thank for all the fine details that you paid attention too despite this Covid tragedy that took our mothers life, you managed to do the impossible and Celebrate her life as she wanted too! My mother thanks you and is smiling down at you and our family for such a beautiful arrangement of my moms flowers music and the Catholic ceremony that was provided for her. Family Service Mortuary was referred to me by a friend of mine when my uncle passed away. Mark and Doreen took care of my family. They compassionate, informative, and assisted my family thru the process. I highly recommend Family Service Mortuary....Great Service, Great Staff....

If I could rate this place a zero, I could!!! The owner asked one of the family members who he thought he was because he provided a tv... SOMETHING THE OWNER COULD NOT PROVIDE! Also she wouldn't let the family members see the body because it was a couple minutes past the time. The way she addressed people was very rude, and unprofessional!

If I could give a 0 rating I would! My mother's death was something we knew was coming and went to Family memorial services based on a recommendation from the cemetery. Even after trying to put things together before my mother's death so we didn't have to deal with paperwork and steps during our
mourning, it still was not done correctly. It took two months of texts, emails and phone calls to get the headstone created digitally for us to approve, which finally only happened due to my mother being placed on hospice. We left multiple messages only to finally have to show up to the building
