David Patton is a second generation Realtor, a graduate of Texas A&M, and a licensed Broker - the highest level of real estate licensing with over 900 hours of education. His career began almost 20 years ago when he joined the family business, the Grayson-Patton Team. Summer and David are THE most patient and caring realtors. We had them take us to see 20+ houses and they patiently listened to everything we did and didn't like about each one and continued to find more options for us until we found the perfect property. They made a difficult closing situation a breeze and negotiated an amazing deal for us. Every year since they host client events and send an Easter basket for our son.

We used the Patton team again in 2020 to sell our house that they helped us find in 2017! They give excellent advice on comps in your market and the best way to price. They had a professional photography team come and shoot a video and take amazing pictures of our home, which were better than anything else we had seen from other realtors. We had an offer on the house within a week. David and Summer are extremely diligent and responsive throughout. If you are buying or selling a house, I highly recommend you use THE PATTON TEAM!

Summer is fantastic! We moved back to Houston from West Texas and she made the whole process a breeze. She is a true professional, great communicator and proactive in taking care of every detail. She found a number of wonderful properties for us to view (even sending video tours when we couldn't be there in person) and found us the perfect home that wasn't even on the market. We cannot recommend her enough!
