Denied us the Covid-19 booster on 12/3 at 8:30 am because we had the wrong insurance. I did not know they were not supposed to do that and so we left. When we called Myturn to know where we can go with our insurance, they told us we can go to any location and they cannot deny us the vaccine. This place discriminated against us or at the very least are grossly ignorant of their own policy.

The care team is great, but it's often quite a wait to be seen past the appointment time. They make you hold a long time on the phone, too, but they handle billing questions well. Lately they've stopped calling us with appointment reminders and when I missed one that was scheduled several months in advance because I forgot and wasn't reminded, they threatened to charge me a no show fee. For the area it seems to be one of the better care options, although I typically have higher expectations. Overall they're decent.

New to the Antelope Valley and was not having success finding a good doctor's office until I found Family First. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and kind (not just friendly). Waiting time to see the staff has been minimal. As I was leaving the last time my blood sugar became low and I almost passed out while checking out. Rather than just hope I felt better they let me stay and staff monitored my condition until I felt better. That's just not being friendly, it's being kind and thoughtful. Thank you Dr. Nasser and thank you to all the staff that have been so nice - it is greatly appreciated

Dr Susan Nasser and her incredible staff are absolutely the best! I went to her instead of the urgent care when I injured my hip. I am so glad I did. They took great care of me. Now they are helping me navigate the next steps with surgery. I was so overwhelmed until I had my follow up. They made me feel like everything will be ok. Dr. Nasser and the staff are amazing! The office staff is pleasant, professional and well organized. Dr. Nasser is one of the best doctors I have seen! Aside from having a sweet and kind demeanor she is open, flexible and really takes her time to hear you out. I have also seen other nurse practitioners in this office and have had a good experience too.
