If I could give a ZERO, I would. They have totally dismissed the small business. They sent letters to small businesses, under 20 and told them if you would like to keep their services, it will be THOUSANDS of dollars a year. They didn't renew our life/LTD/STD On time causing our rates to go from $319 a month to over $900, a month. Their rep schedule a meeting with myself and the owners. We went to the restaurant she requested, at the timd she requested. However, after waiting 40 minutes. NO ONE showed from their company. I called to make sure everything was okay. She didn't have the decency to
