Services
The National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) is designed to evaluate the competency of home inspection professional's to make sure they have the knowledge and understanding necessary to provide valid home inspection's. Twenty-nine states currently include the exam as part of their licensing requirements.
All services include a full inspection report. Pool & Spa Inspections are included. All components of the building included in the standards of practice outlined by InterNachi will be inspected. One Garage or storage building under 500 Sq Ft on the same property is included. Casitas or Mother Inlaw houses attached or detached are an additional fee.

Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He came on short notice, was able to do the inspection the day after I called him. He took his time with the inspection, making sure he covered every aspect of the house. His process was very thorough. He was able to provide me with a high-quality report the same day with pictures, recommendations and even some DIY links for the easier fixes. His price was reasonable and affordable. Daniel did such a fantastic job with our home inspection. Buying a house for the first time in your life can be a life changing experience. It was so cool that you can still find good, hardworking, honest, people. For starters Mr. Daniel Zertuche was able to accommodate us because of our work on a weekend. He was on the property 15 minutes before our appointment already on the roof working. I was very impressed with his general knowledge of residential construction. Very thorough with his work, and is able to answer questions and communicate very well.
