Wanted to have my dishwasher repaired, they showed up on time and communicated scheduling concerns well. Once the service person figured out what parts I needed, I asked if I should throw the remaining parts out. Was told yes. Turns out the answer should have been no. I had to buy a new dishwasher. Also stated, don't worry, I won't charge you for labor!

Phil responded to my urgent inquiry even on the weekend when our washer leaked unexpectedly and flooded our downstairs living area...he said he could be there on Monday, texted when he was on his way, and arrived just as scheduled. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly checked our washer and determined the likely cause was a blocked pressure hose that he cleared. He then helped me install a drainage tray under the washer to guard against any possible future leaks. Fee was very reasonable...will definitely use again if needed. Highly recommend!
