Above and beyond. That’s the first words that come to my mind in review of this practice. Dr. Mullenaux isn’t about creating customers… he’s about the relationships. He provided emergency dental services to my son who is on the spectrum. He took the time out of his night and day to continuously follow up on the healing progress. This type of service is hard to find! We appreciate him and the wonderful staff that made our visit awesome!

My daughter had an appointment for an evaluation for 3 teeth that needed to be removed. We were referred from our small town dentist to this office. We were able to have the teeth removed same day. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience. They were fast and efficient. Abby and Dr Dobbins were the ones who took care of her and explained everything to her as they were going. She did have anxiety but Dr Dobbins did check with me before proceeding with any treatment even though she was upset, I was the one who made the decision. I appreciated that and that I could be in the room as well

All was well with this pediatric dentist until my child had anxiety during a procedure. I feel like he just got more and more frustrated with her - leaving the room multiple times to let her calm
down but not building much of a relationship or explanation in advance or during the procedure to calm her. She said she could feel everything and the procedure hurt. After giving her more anesthetic, he proceeded to tell her things like “if you signal that you are hurting I will stop” but continued to pull her teeth even though she was waving her arms and legs. Once he did take a break, she was crying

Both of my sons get there teeth done at Sweet tooth and they are so professional and have such fantastic work ethic.. I love how they interact with you and treat you like family!! What a A+ team.. Being in retail for 26 years you can really tell the management really shows what great customer service is!!! I would recommend to anyone!!!

Dr. Dobbins showed patience beyond compare during an emergency double tooth extraction of a very panicked, uncooperative 9 year old girl. As a parent, his professionalism and calm chairside manner did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. Thank you so much. And Joe ( if I remember correctly) at the front desk was kind and understanding the entire time we were there.
Nobody wants to spend the day after Thanksgiving at the dentist, especially getting teeth pulled, but because of the dedication of Dr. Dobbins and Joe the experience deserves a 5 star rating.
