He treats all athletes, but has specialized in baseball and softball players, having treated many high school, college and professional players. Not an athlete? Not a problem. Dr. Abshire is a native of Rayne and an alumnus of Rayne High School, class of 1993. He then attended Louisiana State University at Eunice, where he received an Associate of Science Degree in 1998. Dr. Abshire continued his education at Texas Chiropractic College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2001.
Once scar tissue is imbedded into the soft tissue, it must be broken down or "released " in order to restore normal joint and muscular motion. We imply several different techniques to release myofascial adhesions, thereby increasing range of motion and decreasing pain with an immediate and lasting effect.

My husband and I see Keisha for the Ashi massage and we are NEVER going to anyone else! She is very professional and has perfected her craft. We are greeted warmly, taken on time, given a thorough consultation and always exceeding our expectations. She makes sure to explain what to do after the massage and any home care she recommends.
