When you call the branch the lady Monica is very rude . I was having and issue and going through a very hard time . She was not understanding at all . I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone .

I was told on the phone to come on in and open an account. I took my lunch break. Arrived, waited for someone to come to the door. Only to be told I needed an appointment. They were sorry. I told her it was ok. I’d go next door. She let me go and that’s exactly what I did. CB&S Bank was amazing and welcoming. I’m will be opening more accounts at CB&S.

Update: I would give ten stars if I can.
Had another great experience with Ms. Gennice Moore. She has been so wonderful and helpful. Just like two years ago with Ms. Nancy Fox, the process is no hassle. They are always genuine and friendly. I would recommend statewide to all my friends and family.

Great friendly people. I've gotten both my car and house loans here and they are far less than any bank I tried. Sure as a small credit union they are not as ultra modern as some banks, and some features come by slowly, but they are always improving and they are well worth the wait.

I love the credit union. They are nice and extremely helpful. My only issue is them being so old fashioned with everything. No one will respond to your email or send you an email about anything. They constantly call which is great I know they got my message, but I don't have time when I'm at work around coworkers to speak about my personal business. No one answers the phone's during the lunch hour. They also know who you are when you call because I didn't provide my name or identify myself in anyway at all when I called before when my called was answered the one time. Thank you so much for everything

Very disappointed with the customer service. The lady teller didn't listen to my requests and kept asking over things when I Had just told her what I wanted done with my check. She was busy looking at the computer and paid no attention to me. I felt like I was wasting her time.

This bank has really gone down in the last few years.

I really don't need my bank to make me feel particularly loved or happy. What I do need them to do is take care of my money. My wife gave the teller $200 in cash to deposit plus some checks. When she got home she realized the deposit receipt was $200 short! I called them and they told me they would look for it. Now get this part - an hour later they called back and said they found $100 of the $200...but not all of it. What??? I told them it was no feat to be proud of and to keep looking. The manager told me it would take a day to resolve because they would have to watch the security tapes. Late
