Our well house pump that pumps water to rental houses & more stopped working Sunday, they came out right away to do a diagnostic that day. They were out here Tuesday morning and fixed us right up! This company is so knowledgeable and actually do the job correct unlike the company we used prior. They also let you know straight up what needs to get done & get it done at a good speed & also tell you things that can be done to make sure our well is ran for many many more years! They are definitely the well & pump company we will be using from now on! I’d give them more stars if I could!😊

Aaron was everything a good serviceman should be and MORE. At first, we were thinking it was a quick fix to pull a fallen line back up for reattachment. It turned out to be a full system replacement - pump, lines, cables and all. With the hectic schedule of all the workers across DFW being called to help, Aaron stayed on site to repair our well completely! He educated us on what he’s doing, why he’s doing it a certain way, and how to maintain our system so it will last for years. Very friendly, professional, and entertaining! Aaron was fast and friendly with the service provided. I own a golf course with a 100hp well approximately 750’ deep. I contacted him for a second opinion and glad I did. The other company had misdiagnosed it to the tune of about $11k. If not for Aaron, I would be out $11k and still have a well not working correctly. I highly recommend him for any and all services.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was very impressed with the work Texas Well and Pump performed. The staff was very helpful, upfront and informative about all of my options. There was no attempt to up-sell or needlessly upgrade. The service was prompt and professional, and they took the time to explain each component, repair or replacement options, what to expect and how it impacts my well water system. In my opinion their objective was to build a relationship of trust and to solve my well water issues instead of just trying to make a quick buck. I would highly recommend.

Aaron was on Point!! My well pump was lodged 480 ft below ground disconnected from my pipe from a previous Well guy and Aaron showed up by himself and he retrieved my pump from 480 ft deep and then came back another day and placed a great variable speed pump that works great. Aaron isn’t the cheapest in the business but you pay for what you get people!! Aaron’s knowledge and experience is second to none and he will do what he says he will do. You pay for experience and knowledge and Aaron has both!! Great job and Thank you Sir!!
