All the folks at New Era have always been so helpful. We have stopped by a couple of times without an appointment and they were more than willing to help us find what we were looking for. They were prompt both when we were scheduled for templating and also for the installation. Very professional and courteous.

From the template layout and fabrication to the installation, the process was flawless and professional. I liked that we were allowed to see and approve the layout before the work started. Everyone on staff is friendly and easy to work with. Our installers, Josh and Josh did an amazing job of installing the granite and putting on a sealer. Josh explained everything about future care of the countertops and encouraged us to call if we had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend New Era.

We purchased our quartz slab at cost less and were referred to New Era for the install. Everyone was super easy to work with and prices comparable. We had to wait several months for the install date but it was definitely worth it! Josh and Tim were awesome and did such a phenomenal job with the install.

Had these guys come out and install my new Quartz countertop. Dillon came out and did the template and he was very good at what he does. He's a perfectionist and very pleasant guy to work with. They even sent him out a second time just to make sure we got the same template twice before installation. Which I thought was great.
Then Joshua and Tim came out to do the installment and these guys were also amazing. Everyone was on time and did a amazing job. They did a great job in the sink installing as well. Highly recommend them.

Dylan and crew were wonderful to work with! They were so patient with us as we went through the process of selecting granite for our kitchen. We were kept informed thoughout the process and the crew was professional, on time and courteous. We were on a limited budget and Dylan helped us get everything we wanted and more. And have I mentioned how beautiful our kitchen and bathroom look! We still sit and stare at it!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project.
