So I drop off a prepaid USPS package, they could not scan it Bc number was maybe not scanning. I showed it to them on my phone. They could have entered the number! They asked me to email so they can print. They charged me $1 for printing a prepaid label which was not necessary. They didn't tell me about the charge prior either! Luckily I had change. It's not about one dollar, it's about the principle!! They are definitely there to rip you off! So watch out!

UPDATE: the owner reached out and asked for more information about my huge up charge. He was extremely apologetic, listened to all my frustrations I had during recent transactions in the store and did all he could to make it right.
Original post with 1 star review: Several times I have gone and they were closed during their posted business hours. They also charged me around a 75% up charge to ship USPS.

The location's good and, in theory, mgmt. *should* run this business right.. however, when I went to make copies, the clerk attempted to *remove my private documents from my hands* and "do the copies for me." My privacy MATTERS, and I refuse to be treated like this. I took my business to a ((big-box store)) in Frederick where I can make my own copies (!) without the hassle. I def. prefer to support local businesses AND I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this place falls short on both.

My first visit there was to see if I could use their scale to weigh my son's Cubscouts pinewood derby car. The employee gladly allowed us to use the scale. He was very friendly and helpful.
My second visit was to rent/reserve a u-haul truck...this place is also a U-Haul center. The employee helped take care of the reservation with no issues. The place stocks common office supplies and has friendly/helpful employees.
No issues and would definitely recommend this place for any shipping needs or general office supplies....and, of course, any U-Haul needs.
