I had a wonderful experience with Resume Footprint and the results were beyond satisfactory! I worked directly with Marilyn who was professional, patient, and encouraging. After completing the initial questionnaire, we scheduled a 45 min call to discuss my background and aspirations in detail. From there, my writer (Marilyn), drafted version one of my resume before sending it back to me for edits. Don't let the response to this review fool you - I interviewed this company to determine if they deserve my business and NO, they don't. I exchanged emails with one of the owners of the company and spoke with her by phone - both interactions gave me plenty of information on which to base a review.
Because this company doesn't provide samples of their work, I emailed this owner a set of 12 questions, which by phone she kept referring to as a 'laundry list.' She had a very negative tone in her voice from the get go and expressed frustration at the onset of our phone call

What an absolute joke of a company. I called them asking for examples "Well sir we don't provide examples because all of our work is custom". Ok well can I get a referral from someone who has used your company "well we've been in business for 15 years and have an A+ rating with the BBB". I said that's great, but the BBB doesn't attest to the quality of your work, so you're saying I can't speak to any customers who have worked with you for 15 years. "No sir you can't but our clients sign with us because of they relationship with the writer
