We Provide the Following Services for Apple and Samsung Devices. When handling a customer's phone we take it very sensuously because it is as we are repairing our own device.
We offer coverage plans for Apple, Samsung, Zte, and LG smartphones. Each coverage plan comes with an inexpensive deductible set according to your phone value and equipment condition. There are no limitations for a deductible as long as the customer is currently enrolled on auto pay and their coverage plan is on good standing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolutely worst quality repair that could have been done. Had to be taken back twice to stop the screen from completely falling out, still did not solve my problem or offer any solutions other than “take it and get a trade in.” Upon the third time, the screen cracked, I called the establishment and he (THE OWNER) told me nothing could be done and hung up on me. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

I've had my phone repaired at AO for two different issues and both times the service was prompt and reasonable. The owner knew more about my phone than the actual carrier I purchased it from. I would recommend AO to anyone who have been told that your phone have to be replaced.

Good service overall. Though a little more expensive than getting it repaired at a chain, I asked about it and AO was open and honest about why things cost they did. Honest business. I'll pay a little extra to support the little guy.
But then a month later my camera doesn't work and take it in to another place. They show me my phone wasn't put together correctly and the back wasn't sealed right either so my entire insides were exposed and there was moisture. I tested my before leaving. Didn't know how to check it was put together correctly. And no refunds after walking out the store. Ubreakifix

A phenomenal job on fixing my HP touchscreen laptop screen that had a huge crack in it. I’ve went to numerous of places around the Clarksville area and STL area (I’m from there) and they all gave me the runaround or simply said they couldn’t fix it because there was no screen replacement compatible. One thing that the owner did that the people who turned me away didn’t was he did thorough research and wasn’t turning me away until he had resulted all options. My son was getting his cracked phone fixed. It took maybe 30 minutes and that is because he stopped to answer questions for two other customers. We we're going to leave and come back. The gentleman kindly said you can just wait if you like. I have already started on the repair. It will just take me a few minutes.They were quick, professional, prices were cheaper than three other places we went. It was such a pleasant environment. Lite music playing in the background. This business is shady. Buyer beware. We paid to have my elderly mother in law phone screen fixed. It was cracked at the corner and wasn't really a big deal. The screen they replaced it with immediately began to develop a "dead pixel" area and quickly grew to cover a large portion of the center of the screen. The repair shop literally blamed the damaged screen on my mother in law and refused to even hear what we had to say. They use cheap throw away parts and charge $100 for 5 minutes of work. I recommend to all, stay away.

My phone screen started acting up and so I took it to him. He replaced the screen and I thought it was working, but he had made one small mistake that kept me from making calls. I got a hold of him and he went WAAAAY above and beyond to make it right. Long story short, he drove all the way out to my home to hand deliver the phone so I wouldn't have to make the hour round-trip back to pick it up.
