I went on to attend the University of Michigan, where I played football for the Wolverines and earned my degree 4 years later. After graduation, I immediately moved back home. State Farm is a great auto insurance. They talk to like family they take good care of there customers. I personally like State Farm discounts they offers. I really appreciate how they stay connected with you involving your policy making sure that you understand your policy, and you getting your money worth out off your policy. My agent office customer service skills are wonderful also the after hour service office also. I never had to file a claim or anything like such. I like State Farm services.

She responded in a timely manner and was very thorough explaining the details of my policy. She’s very knowledgeable of the information provided. Samantha was amazing today when I called in for an update on our Renters Insurance. We are moving and she, with ease, set up our new address, made sure that I knew that I was covered during the actual move and was good to go. Along with that she got me a great quote for automobile insurance. Moving is sometimes stressful......Samantha made me smile today.

My experience with State Farm was the best I’ve ever had in all my years of dealing with insurance companies. Rachel Haddad was able to save me a substantial amount of money on my truck policy. She was very knowledgeable about the available options and policies they had to offer and was incredibly easy to work with. Because of my experience with Rachel I will more than likely be switching my homeowners insurance to State Farm as well. 10/10!

Samantha Leonard was amazing through this whole process. Insurance is not something I choose to spend a lot of time understanding or learning. Samantha was so patient with me and explained everything in ways that I could understand. She helped me compare quotes and pointed out the differences in coverage, cost, and value. She was even able to save us money!! :) We switched to state farm several months ago and I still message Samantha with questions and concerns. She is always quick to respond and happy to help! Great service! Rachael Stewart is awesome! She suggested that I add roadside assistance to my policy. I recently had engine trouble and had to use the roadside assistance to get a tow truck. The tow truck came and the driver dropped my car off at the service center. Everything was seamless. It put my mind at ease knowing that I was not stuck on the side of the road. I highly recommend State Farm and Drew Dileo’s office.

The whole team in the office is really nice! They are REALLY attentive. I swear I feel like they care more about my insurance than I do lol. I've always had a good experience when I go to the office. Drew Dileo really goes the extra mile and cares about his customers. He can be overbearing, but it's really just bc he wants everyone to be satisfied with their quality of insurance and customer service. Insurance can sometimes be confusing, but Drew has taken the time to go through everything with me to make sure I have a clear understanding of everything. I really appreciated that. Oh,
