Monroe is great! 10/10 recommend. They fix everything! My van was honestly a mess and they have worked on it three different times, and it is running better than ever. They are up front with you, honest, and give you the best price. Their mechanic knows what he’s doing and doesn’t mind talking to you about what he fixed. He doesn’t talk to you like you are dumb and takes time to explain things so you know what’s going on. The front desk staff are great too, we’re on a first name basis now and they are always friendly and quick to help you. We will continue to use them in the future. Thanks

Monroe Tire handled my alignment with excellent professionalism. Not only were they able to resolve my vehicles alignment they were able to examine the steering components and ensure all parts were in a safe and functioning state. As a consumer I also appreciate the communication that this facility offers as their is no grey area during your repair because, you are kept in the loop of your vehicle repair at all times. I’ve had my car worked on two separate times now. First it was for two new tires and an alignment. I followed up two weeks later to get the two rear tires and an oil change. In inspecting my vehicle they found a few other issues that needed taken care of. When I picked it up and brought it home, my car was acting up and they had me bring it back… and found something they missed. They didn’t charge me for labor, only the part.
