There are better options for grocery delivery in Steamboat! We chose them because we thought they were the cheapest option, but in reality they were not. Our groceries were not there when we arrived. We were never given a receipt. The service charges did not match the fees listed on their website. Because we were not given a receipt, we have no way of knowing what we actually bought.

Ordered basic items at the last minute and I was thrilled to be told they could accommodate our order. Yay! The order was 90% correct however, I had no way of double checking to see if what I actually ordered was what we received. I did know however that we didn't get the cereal we ordered which was really important for the kids. Oh well, we got double the amount of waffles I had ordered and didn't want. I was thankful to have received the order considering the late request but the frustrating part was getting no response from the service for more than a day. If I hadn't sent

I thought this was a fabulous idea, especially since we don't typically drive in snow and taking the shuttle to buy groceries is not ideal. I ordered basic breakfast, sandwich making items, chips, laundry supplies, and bathroom soap/shampoo. I asked for eggs and milk. Did not ask for them to be organic or anything special. Just basic eggs and 2% milk. My theory was if I wanted anything other than normal... like organic ... I would specify. Since this place gets a percentage of the cost of the groceries, I guess they take liberties and buy the higher priced items. I'll try the other service
