I'm giving J.Bradley a "5" star review, because the patio that they built for my husband and I came out absolutely amazing! The "5" stars actually belong to the guys that came out and did the actual work. With that said, if I had to give a 'star' rating on communication between our salesperson, my husband or myself, I would only be able to give "3" stars. When we started the whole process, it was going to be a pool and a patio build. In the end, we chose the patio to be Part 1, with the pool coming in 2022. But the lack of communication from the

We had a good experience with J.Bradley and would not hesitate to recommend them to other prospective clients. His company is well respected in the industry and it's apparent in the demand for his services. Despite the increase in business compounded with a shortage of material and labor due to Covid, Joe seemed to manage it well. He would usually respond quickly and courteously.

We could not be happier with the way our pool turned out with J.Bradley. We had a general idea on how we wanted our backyard to be transformed with a pool and outdoor kitchen but needed help making it all come together. Joe was able to take our vision and improve on it with his ideas of layout and material selections.
