Brady Property Management (BPM) was established in 1986 by Bill Brady as a full-service property management company. Through the years, BPM has increased its properties in the Bloomington-Normal area to include apartments, town houses, single family homes and homeowner associations. Currently we manage several apartments, town houses and single family homes and a number of associations.
Our goal at Brady Property Management is to give our owners and residents the ultimate property management experience by providing pleasant, professional, and honest service. We will work hard to maintain our commitment, and strive to exceed expectations every step of the way.

We invest in advanced technology systems so we can provide you with the best service and manage your properties efficiently and effectively.
As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from BPM. We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things easier for you. Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.
