I don't think a simple Yelp review could ever do justice to the work of these two, but I'll give it my best.
In the spring of 2017, they got us into our amazing home, under asking, and we didn't think we could be happier.
When our work took us out of the Bay and it was time to sell, the first thing we did was text Matt & Peter. I'm pretty sure it was within 24 hours that we had a full plan from them on how they were going to sell our home while we were across the country and wouldn't have to lift a finger.
They coordinated with contractors for painting the interior

We used Matt & Peter to sell our cherished home in the North Oakland Hills after they were recommended to us by several acquaintances. After meeting with them, we knew we were in good hands. We had to sell while we were almost remote and in working with Matt closely, he made sure they took care of everything - from staging, to suggestions, coordinating, small fixes, organizing - I mean everything. We needed some expert guidance to find a good East Bay home, and Matt delivered. He clued us in to aspects of properties and neighborhoods we wouldn't have known from the listings (narrow hilly roads that might present problems for traffic and fire fighting/insurance; regulations about setbacks from creeks, noise from nearby fraternities), and let us know when homes we were interested in had qualities that were rare to find.

Matt helped us navigate a difficult market as we bought our first home remotely and during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He was incredibly responsive to our texts and emails, often replying within a few minutes during the day. He was also very not pushy: we made offers on a range of houses in our budget, and he never encouraged us to pay more than we were comfortable with (even when he knew we had space in our budget for it). Matt did a tremendous job helping my husband and I purchase our first home. We visited countless places throughout the East Bay and after coming in close with a couple of offers, were able to purchase by far the most incredible home we'd visited. The entire process from initial conversation with Matt up until our move-in date, took less than 3 months. Incredible!

A good friend recommended Matt & Peter to my girlfriend and I. As first-time homebuyers we could not have been more lucky! Matt and Peter broke down the entire buy-side process and made it seem simple and more importantly, made us feel like we a had an agent we could trust and had our best interest.
