Old West Rv Park
It's here, our annual sheep drive will be Sunday Sept. 6th. There will be vendors, games and of course the running of the sheep down Division Street. We still have a few spaces available and we do ask that you come on Saturday and leave Monday morning after the festivities. Just give us. We are now taking reservations for the 2020 season.

Though there is snow on the ground as I write this, I do have dreams of the warm summer days, and the yummy Farmer's Market in the park. Yes, I miss the cinnamon rolls this winter. We hope to see you this 2020 and hope you. Every summer we have the Reed Point Farmer's Market right at the front of the park by the flagpole.
Services
We hope you will find Old West RV Park to be your home whether for overnight travel or for an extended stay. The park is conveniently located off of I-90 at mile marker 392. We are 55 miles west from Billings, 80 miles east of Bozeman and 120 miles away from Yellowstone. We are a convenient stop wherever your travels take you.
Town of Reed Point- Our old agricultural town has most of the original store fronts still visible right down Division Street. Check out the newspapers from the early 1900's in our post office. This unique town is about 3 blocks long, and perfect for a nice walk. The Yellowstone River is half a mile from our park.
Please note we are experiencing difficulties with some of our cable channels, and are working to repair it. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Old West RV Park is a small park with only 15 RV sites. All of our sites are kept mowed and have picnic tables for some outside enjoyment while you visit us.

For a small town and relative small Park, we were impressed..... good internet, cable TV and enough space. The interstate close to the Park can become very noisy though.

The park is convenient and sites are long, gravel and well laid out. My only concern is that it’s not really worth $54. It seems many campgrounds have decided to jack-up rates this year but are not really adding any features. As full time RVers we are now reviewing all parks based on what they charge. We have stayed at Old West before. We do like it’s location when traveling on I90. But soon it might be out of the price zone. Hopefully not.

Small but better than a lot of the more bigger and expensive parks. Clean, friendly host, cable tv, and good Wifi.

Highly recommend this RV Park.
Small, quaint and grounds are well maintained.
The bathrooms are immaculate, the camp host was cleaning multiple times throughout the day.

Cute and quiet rv park. The owners are super nice and helpful. There is also a saloon within walking distance to grab some grub and drinks.

The park is clean and level. There is a nice access point to Yellowstone River down the road. We were able to walk to the Saloon and gas station. The park itself is really nice, but there is a bit of highway and train noise.
AT&T and Verizon cell service is good.

Clean, quite, not far from the intrastate. Excellent for overnight parking when driving through Montana. Excellent food experience at Waterhole Saloon - walking distance from the park (they were closed for a year during pandemic, luckily for us they are now open)

Gentleman on duty was very helpful. Park was very nice and clean. There was a convenience store down the street, but it closes at about 6:00. Seems like a nice little town.

Perfect spot for a quick stop. They keep the park clean with nice level gravel sites with grass between them. Friendly people, good WiFi and cell service. There is also a gas station across the street that has diesel. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a last minute check in and it was quick and efficient! Very clean park with pull in spots and it looks like they can do check in's 24/7. Baths were clean but only had shower curtains for privacy. Nice laundry area too. This is next to a train track so you will hear trains whistling and traveling through the night.

I couldn't recommend this cute campground more! The owners are fantastic and more than accommodating with our unplanned, extended stay while waiting on RV parts to be shipped in. One of the cleanest laundromat and bathhouse facilities I've seen! The free cable and WiFi worked seamlessly. If ever traveling to Yellowstone and don't mind an hour and a half drive back to the RV, hit this place up! You won't be disappointed!

Lovely owners. Spacious sites. Sparkly clean laundry room. Reasonable rates; honors the good Sam Club 10% discount. Some traffic noise from I-90 nearby and railroad tracks a few blocks away. The trains don't come through frequently. And the traffic dies down during the night. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a VERY small park with 19 spots right off I-90. Our pull-through site was great with free cable TV and wifi. It had a small lawn with a large picnic table. The owner told us of the Watering Hole Tavern a couple of blocks from the park that had pretty reasonably priced food. (We took her advice and had a pizza.) RV park had a problem with water drainage a few days prior to us arriving and the owner/manager kept us informed about the condition of the grounds to be sure we would be comfortable staying there. It was a great spot to stop for the night before we started the big climb up the Rockies

The previous review is spot on, with the noise exception. I90 traffic noise and the nightly train noise and train whistle 'coming and going' made for restless nights. We stayed two nights and with sleepy eyes we had to move on.

The town of Reed Point looks like a "museum" town. Anything that is open is a museum and anything not a museum is "for sale." Even their quaint bank is a "museum piece." The only thing "out of place" is a beautiful pretty new looking POST OFFICE in town. Anyway, I stayed at this RV park for one night. The owners are really putting a lot of work into it. Nice grass between each site. Wonderful Wi-Fi. Cable selection is 25 good channels, no "junk" channels (Like QVC, etc....). Laundry and restrooms were clean. Laundry is cheap. It's
