The maximum charge for repairs is $105.00 and if it turns out your computer isn't worth the repair, or it can't be fixed, you pay nothing.

Warranties on virus removal can't be offered as there is no way to prevent the client from contracting another virus after RLPC cleans it out. In most cases, RLPC garantees that the computer will remain clean for a one week period but this is on a case by case basis. I will be happy to help you until you are comfortable with your computer.
