I have used Z & S in the past, with success. This year is not the same. I've called about 7 times to get them to come out and service the fire extinguishers at my building. 4x she said, they will be there the next day. The other 3 times, she said she would get back to me. Neither has happened. So unfortunate. Now I have to look for another company.
