Dr. C offers a holistic approach that really resonates with me. She has guided me through some very tough spots medically. But what I am going to share here was not something that I might have even thought of seeking out but it was part of her tool box as a holistic provider that has been a huge positive in my life. The Fotona Laser program for stress incontinence and prolapse she offers has been so restorative for me. I was using a device to help with this but after three short sessions with the Fotona Laser I no longer need anything and also no longer have any of those annoying symptoms!

I've been seeing Dr. Cernaianu for nearly 10 years and referred many friends to her. She is very competent and caring. I've had the MonaLisa Touch Laser treatment this year and found it very rejuvenating and my bladder control increased by 50%. The office staff at Hera Health is very helpful and efficient.

The staff is very helpful; even if they are busy they checked in to make sure I was comfortable and able to wait. Dr. C is observant and told me the origin of my problem after a quick exam, which was a major insight for me because no other doctors ever told me why I had pain before. I needed to do a laser treatment I never heard of before. I did 2 sessions and I am so glad I invested in those treatments! My issue is resolved and I have my life back. I would recommend Hera Healthcare to anyone who has a problem other doctors don't fix. She is the best & worth the wait! I have never met

Dr. C is wonderful! I have been seeing her for 3 years now and she has cured me of so many ailments. She makes me feel very comfortable talking to her about anything. I love that she treats your entire body. She isn't just a doctor that you go to for one thing. She treats your entire body physically and mentally. The receptionists huffs and puffs when i had called a second time because it had take. Dr is rude as hell to her staff. The didn't do 3 extremely important tests in the beginning of the pregnancy which my wife has to go do now at 9 months! Aswell as another blood test she had to take a second time cause there's no record of it! I had my blood take to check my blood type and they didn't send that either so i had to retake that test again aswell.. ohh also switch to another OB and need your paperwork sent over you sign the release for it and you'll still get charged! I am happy to report that thanks to Dr C's careful work, I'm able to see world renowned urogynecologist, Sherry Thomas who specializes in fixing fistulas and other difficult cases! It's a miracle she is located in Westlake as very few doctors (including urogynecologists) are specialized enough to able to repair these.

Had appointment and was told it was for another day. Appointment had been changed 3 times already! Then had me wait out side for over a half a hour in 100 degree weather. No one was in waiting room. Costumer service was horrible and honestly I think I was treated different cause of the color of my skin!

I came across Dr. C while researching SculpSure to treat my flank area fat. After the initial consultation (which was complimentary), Dr. C took the time and provided a couple of option packages to fit my budget. Dr.C is amazing. I suffered from incontinence for 5yrs. I was so embarrsed to talk to her about it but she was patient and understanding and that helped me open up and feel comfortable. We talked and agreed to try out her vaginal health laser called viveve. I'm so excited and i can't help but scream with enjoyment because 10 days after the procedure i am not wearing pads.
