I had made an appointment for a cut and color and didn’t receive either of those services. All to which confused me greatly - but at no point was I getting an explanation to what was going on or addressed whatsoever (if they didn’t have time that would have been fine, but I just wish someone would have talked to me). Being treated like I didn’t exist really hurt, I felt very unwelcome there.
