I called this office looking for someone to help me with health insurance, as they were listed on the Kentucky health insurance agent website. The man who answered the phone (the elder Zinser) told me he would have his son call me to help me later. I said I was at work and couldn't take phone calls, email would work better. He reluctantly took my email address and when I asked if that was an issue he said they wouldn't be reaching out to me and hung up on the phone on me. I called back immediately and he picked up the phone but hung it up without speaking. I called back again, he knew it was me
