First off the black lady at the desk is rude.you can't take anything from the breakfast back to your room, she said because of bugs and they can't vacuum the crumms out the carpet.but yet they have menus for local take-out delivery. Makes no since.i asked her why the double standard the she got combative. She said she didn't have to explain its the rules she said and she is there to enforce them.got news for her there's already bugs in here and big stains in the chair and ottoman the TV ain't worth a flip. The only reason I stayed here is it's close to where my truck is in the shop not to far to

My sister and I checked in at 7pm and checked out 9pm. I have never been to a hotel so dirty! ! First the location is sketchy, the bathroom was FILTHY, the towels and wash cloths had brown stains on them, and the bed had hair on it. The bathroom was so nasty, I took a shower with my crocs on, and dried off with a shirt out of my luggage. The room is super outdated and looks completely run down. The pictures they have listed on the internet are completely false advertisement! My sister and I did not even bother to ask to be moved to a different room, or ask for a refund. Do not go to this motel! That sums everything up. We got there yesterday on saturday Sept 25. , and left on today the 26th. The rooms were dirty, there were old towels in our rooms from last guests, people standing in breezeway near our rooms staring at us making us feel uncomfortable, lost our money in vending machines, and wasnt given a refund, I had gotten two rooms, and one didnt have air. We had a fan, but still was hot! Please dont waste your money here, please go somewhere else!

They double charged us $63. Now my account is sitting in the negative and they refuse to do anything about it claiming there's nothing they can do. The rooms are dark and dirty, infested with roaches. Their pool is also dirty and infested with bugs. They don't clean it. Front desk staff is rude, unhelpful and refuse to right their wrongs. Watch your bank account VERY closely with these people. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Also, there is no breakfast. Only nasty coffee and half rotten fruits available.

So I did a review on booking before our trip was completed and I kept feeling something biting me on the last night. I woke up and have bites all over my legs. I also saw what appeared to be a roach. I booked here because it was close to the coliseum but never again. I’m guessing bed bugs? But not sure. Basically you get what you pay for.

I love the cleanliness of the rooms n the smell when u first walk in the fact it has a pool n free breakfast however there’s one issue with the breakfast so how is it that if there is a sign saying no one is allowed to bring waffles and syrup to the rooms because they may have an incident on the furniture “ that only white people can walk pass the front desk woman without her pointing that out but when a person of color does so she makes sure she says something that isn’t fair at all and it’s made me so uncomfortable to the point I’m considering getting a refund for my stay today .
