Rick worked in the Cincinnati U.S. Attorney's Office during law school, experience which set the course of his career. After serving for two years as a law clerk for the Hon. David S. Porter Senior Judge, Southern District of. Jennifer Verkamp is one of the founding partners of Morgan Verkamp. Although Jennifer has handled complex cases ranging from personal injury to com-mercial disputes during her career, she has focused.
Morgan Verkamp's attorneys have represented whistleblowers in federal qui tam cases for more than 25 years. Rick helped recover a $61.5 million settlement case against The Boeing Company, which resulted in replacement of hundreds of defective Chinook helicopter transmission gears.
Ian's work at the Indiana Medicaid Fraud Control Unit helped recover millions of dollars for the state. Ian Doig joined Morgan Verkamp as a False Claims Act Litigation Fellow in 2014. Ian previously spent two years in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit ("MFCU") for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General as part of a team that worked to identify fraudulent healthcare schemes.
