I'm extremely satisfied with the communication & prompt scheduling. The employees that came for the pick up were very professional and took care not to bump the fence or gate with bulkier items. They loaded up fast and were on their way. They have multiple ways to pay so taking care of that was easy, no running to the atm. They said they take Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash app and probably a few more I've forgotten.
All that said, they will definitely be my 'go to' if I have any future haul off needs.

I needed help with moving a large recliner out of mom's assisted living . Chris retuned my inquiry quickly . We discussed the details and agreed on a date and time . He assured me that they are following safety procedures, even though it was required to be a porch pick up . He texted me early in the day to report he would be 30 minutes late and to check that would be ok . He arrived exactly on time , was friendly, and took care of the chair . It was an easy arrangement.

Chris hauled off a large 2 piece sectional sofa this month. He was super responsive when we called. He was caught in bad traffic & called to let us know he would be delayed by 15 min. He also texted when he arrived so we could put our dogs out. He was fast, extremely nice & courteous!! We will absolutely use him again & can highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable too!
